What We Built

Controvo aggregates critical data from all your 3CX deployments into a single dashboard.

At a glance, you see:

  • Total active extensions across your portfolio
  • All systems status with continuous monitoring
  • Resource alerts for CPU, RAM, disk usage thresholds you define
  • License expiration warnings (60-day advance notice)
  • Systems requiring attention, flagged automatically

For each deployment:

  • Extension counts (registered vs. capacity)
  • Trunk status and call volume
  • Resource utilization percentages
  • Last backup timestamp
  • License expiration date
  • 3CX version
  • Simultaneous calls

Export in one click:

  • Billing-ready extension reports across all deployments
  • System health data for client reviews
  • Capacity planning reports to identify upgrade opportunities

Why We’re Launching a Pilot

The team built Controvo to address operational challenges encountered firsthand. After six months of testing, they’re seeking 20 3CX partners to pressure-test the platform across diverse scenarios including different service models, deployment sizes, and client verticals.

Ideal MSPs We’re Looking For

Partners managing 30+ active 3CX deployments with monthly recurring revenue billing are especially suited for participation. Ideal candidates experience growth straining operational capacity, spend multiple hours monthly on billing, or differentiate through proactive service quality.

Required commitment: One hour weekly for structured feedback via surveys, bi-weekly calls, and bug reports. The pilot runs 90 days with extension options.

What You Get

Immediate value:

  • Aggregate extension counts for billing in under 60 seconds
  • Identify systems needing attention without manual checking
  • Export client-ready reports instead of manual compilation
  • Track phone inventory across your portfolio
  • Monitor backup status continuously

Product influence:

  • Weekly office hours with the development team
  • Feature requests integrated into roadmap priorities
  • Dedicated Slack channel for real-time support

Commercial advantages:

  • Free platform access throughout the pilot period
  • Preferential pricing locked in at commercial launch (minimum 25% discount)
  • Recognition as a founding pilot partner

How the 3CX RMM Platform Pilot Works

Onboarding: Partners provide 3CX API credentials (read-only). Controvo configures monitoring parameters and begins aggregating data within 24 hours. Most partners become confident platform users within 30 minutes.

Feedback: Weekly automated surveys (5 minutes), bi-weekly group calls (30 minutes), open Slack channel, optional monthly one-on-ones.

Exit option: Leave with 7 days’ notice if the platform doesn’t deliver value. No long-term obligation required.

Post-pilot: 90-day minimum commitment, with commercial launch targeted for Q2 2025. Participants transition to commercial plans at locked-in preferential pricing.

Why Controvo Is Different

“Nothing else exists specifically for multi-tenant 3CX management at scale.” General RMM platforms monitor server health but lack 3CX-specific metrics: extensions, trunks, simultaneous calls, backup status, and telephony license expiration.

The platform was built by 3CX providers addressing their own operational pain points. Every feature solves a genuine operational challenge encountered while managing diverse deployments.

Apply for the Pilot Program

Visit controvo.com/pilot and provide:

  • Number of 3CX deployments managed
  • Your 3CX partnership level
  • Billing model (by extension, flat monthly, hybrid)
  • Your biggest 3CX management challenge
  • Features that would deliver immediate value

Applications are evaluated weekly with acceptance of the first 20 qualifying partners. The program prioritizes diversity in deployment models, geographic locations, and service approaches.

Pilot spots are limited to 20 participants. Applications close when capacity is reached.
